Description
Ethylene oxide transmitter E2638-EtO is a member of new PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments.
Applications include chemical and polymer industry, medicine (hospital sterilization facilities) and other areas where leakage or generation of ethylene oxide is possible.
The instrument utilises novel fully calibrated and temperature compensated electrochemical gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime.
To connect the detector to safety or building automation systems use two analog outputs and RS485 digital interface with industry standard Modbus RTU protocol. We recommend to set the output scale within 20-100% of the detection range.
Two relays with closing contact (option) may be used for remote signalling or ventilation control. For 0...20 ppm range default alarm set-points are 2 and 5 ppm. For 0...100 ppm range alarm set-points are user settable within 5-95% of the detection range.
The device is available with either attached or remote sensor probe (default cable length is 3 m).
A version with an LCD indicator is available.
